About the challenge

It’s time to REVIVE and THRIVE in 2025! This challenge is for anyone looking to get back into the swing of things, or step your fitness up to the next level.

For those of you just starting out - every workout will be 25 minutes long, and you will only need minimal equipment!

For my intermediate/advanced folks, you’ll have the option to increase the intensity of each workout to meet you where YOU are at.

As a postpartum mama, I know how important it is to listen to your body, and how difficult it can be to get back into your “normal” fitness routine (and bod)!

I’m SO excited about this challenge, because personally I’m looking for that support, encouragement, ACCOUNTABILITY, and community to keep me going during this phase of life…and I’m sure I’m not alone there!

I created this challenge so we can come together, cheer each other on, and crush our 2025 goals…TOGETHER!

What to expect in the REVIVE IN 25 Challenge

  • 4 Week Program

  • 5 workouts per week (20 workouts total)

  • Each workout will be 25-70 minutes (Choose what's right for YOU!)

  • Access to Home and Gym Workouts

  • Optional cardio you can do anywhere

🥇 How to win

  • I will choose the three winners based on a combination of social media engagement and the before & after pictures that are submitted.

    Make sure to hold a sign saying “REVIVE IN 25 + date” and stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both pictures (no mirror selfies please!)

  • Share your journey in my new in-app community and private Facebook group. Meet other #trainwithaubrie participants, engage in motivational tips, and be a part of the amazing community.

  • Lastly, download the challenge graphic (after you sign up) and share it on social using the hashtag #trainwithaubrie, so I can see how you’re doing throughout the challenge!

✍️ How to enter

Sign up & download the app

Sign up for the challenge and make sure you have the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "REVIVE IN 25” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!

2.

Join FB group

Make sure you're in my Facebook group to interact with other challenge participants! Follow me on IG and tag me in your journey @aubrieedgington using the hashtag #trainwithaubrie. Don't forget to engage with and support fellow challenge participants in the in-app community to share your journey throughout the challenge!

3.

Submit 'before' photos

You must upload your 'before' photos by Sunday, January 19th to be fully entered. Submit 'after' photos by Sunday, February 16th. You can also find the link to submit before/after photos inside the app!
