About the challenge

The SWEAT IT OUT challenge starts Monday May 13th, and was designed to help you feel strong, confident and energized for summer - no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

This program will challenge your endurance and strength. We will incorporate weight training, HIIT and interval training. I’m also going to include some optional cardio options that you can do anywhere - so you can get out and enjoy the spring weather and fresh air!

There will be both a home and gym program, so you can bounce back and forth between the two (so no excuses if you have travel plans!).

For the home program all you will need is:

  • Set of dumbbells
  • Resistance bands
  • Stability ball
  • Bench or chair

Your reps and or time will be increased week by week. Try and go up in weight each week to push yourself. Make sure to focus on form to get the most out of each movement and try to finish the entire workout! I promise YOU CAN!!

What to expect in the SWEAT IT OUT Challenge

  • 4 Week Program

  • 5 workouts per week (20 workouts total)

  • Each workout will be 45-70 minutes

  • Access to Home and Gym Workouts

  • Optional cardio you can do anywhere (go enjoy that spring weather!)

🥇 How to win

  • I will choose the three winners based on a combination of social media engagement and the before & after pictures that are submitted. Make sure to hold a sign saying “SWEAT IT OUT + date” and stand in front of a solid background wearing the same outfit for both pictures (no mirror selfies please!)

  • Share your journey in my new in-app community and private Facebook group. Meet other #trainwithaubrie participants, engage in motivational tips, and be a part of the amazing community.

  • Lastly, download the challenge graphic (after you sign up) and share it on social using the hashtag #trainwithaubrie, so I can see how you’re doing throughout the challenge!

✍️ How to enter

Make sure you have my app

Download the app (first 7 days are FREE) to access the "SWEAT IT OUT” challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, just make sure to submit before/after photos, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!

Submit before & after photos

Submit before photos by Monday May 20th, and after photos by Sunday, June 16th. You can also find the link to submit before/after photos inside the app!
